1 General Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these terms—

• "Player" means any person who holds a registered account at nn77.

• "Valid Bet" means a bet placed with a genuine stake and confirmed by the system.
• "Kyat / Ks" means the Myanmar Kyat currency.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

nn77 is available only to persons aged 21+ who are resident in Myanmar. By opening an account, you confirm the following—

• You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You confirm that the personal information you provide is accurate and current.
• You commit to playing on the platform in your own name and to holding no more than one account per person.
• The platform reserves the right to review, suspend, or close any account it reasonably suspects of misuse.

Accounts opened fraudulently or found to be non-compliant may be closed without prior notice, and any bonuses associated with them may be forfeited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at nn77 are processed via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfers. Transaction limits are as follows—

Withdrawals can only be made through the payment method registered by the player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted for security and stability reasons. Please note that withdrawal requests may be delayed without prior notice while they are under review.

• The person depositing and the person withdrawing must be the same individual.
• If there is any suspicion of fraudulent financial activity, withdrawals may be placed on hold.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

nn77 offers periodic promotions including a welcome bonus. Key bonus terms are—

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. The bonus must be wagered 25 times (40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks) before any withdrawal.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The terms of each promotion must comply with the conditions stated at the time of announcement.
• Bets suspected of abusing bonuses in bad faith (bet hedging, aborting bonus wagering) may be voided.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with more than one promotion at the same time (unless explicitly stated in the announcement).

5 Prohibited Conduct

Players on the nn77 platform are prohibited from the following—

• Exploiting or attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hack the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other players, staff, or third parties.
• Attempting to use the casino for money laundering.
• Opening a second or third account for the same player (even for a family member's account, prior approval is required).
• Using bots or automation software.
• Colluding with any other player to abuse bonuses.

If any of the above violations are detected, nn77 may close the player's account without prior notice and void any bonuses and related winnings.

6 VIP Tiers and Cashback Policy

The nn77 VIP program has 5 tiers, and players are promoted based on their regular playing activity—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback will be credited to the player's account once a week, and additional wagering requirements may apply before withdrawal. VIP criteria and cashback payments are at nn77's discretion and may change with prior notice.

7 Privacy and Data Protection
